Small: 7 1/2"
Medium: 8"
Large: 8 1/2"

TO FIND YOUR SIZE: Measure your wrist with a ribbon or string. Wrap it around your wrist, not too tight, and cut the string where it meets the end, without overlap. You can then measure this cut string with a ruler to find your wrist size. (A cloth tape measure works just as well!) Add 1" to this measurement for a snug fit, add 1 1/2" for a looser fit. For example, if your wrist measure 7", choose a medium size (8") for a snug fit, or a large size (8 1/2") for a looser fit.
